Avalon Appraisals, Inc started as full-time in depended company in 1990 and ever since as been working throughout the Macomb and St. Clair counties, just northeast of Detroit, Michigan.  Both of these counties have extensive shorelines along Lake St. Clair and the St. Clair River, which leads to Lake Huron.

 

We have over 15 years experience in appraising houses, and specialize in those considered the “Hard Appraisals”.  What does this mean, it means those appraisals that other companies don’t have the time or resources to invest in making an in-depth judgment or analysis of the situation at hand.
